Lonely and In a Rut? One Way To Spark Your Moxie.

Sometimes entrepreneurship can be lonely.  You feel like you’re in a rut.

But when you boil it down, life is about growth – growth in areas of learning, relationships and experiences. Growth gives our life perspective; and extra meaning.

The growth often happens in spurts. (Spurt. Then rut. Spurt. Then rut.)

Hopefully, you’re blessed with more spurts than ruts. But how do you help ensure that?

My suggestion is to identify your growth catalysts. These special people usually represent 5 percent of whom you know. They are your creative partners. They’re the life-givers that ignite your creativity, boost your confidence, and lead you to new insights and experiences.

They’re often those with whom you share a mutual attraction, based on synergies in philosophy, values, and perspectives.

Additionally, there’s often a mysterious quality that fuses the connection between you. Maybe it’s that you offer something unique to each other – something that the other needs – but doesn’t have. For example, a temperament. Or an ability to supportively challenge each other.

Spend more time with these precious and extraordinary people. Distinguish them as your creative partners. Nurture the relationships.

When living with more creative courage, your once-buried talents will be extended to better serve others. You’ll carry each other to new places, attracting even more opportunities and relationships.

You will live a more fruitful life.

Who are your top personal growth catalysts? Are spending enough time with them?
